Abstract

Renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power, are becoming increasingly important in the global energy mix. However, their integration into the power grid poses significant challenges to grid stability due to their inherent intermittency and variability. Smart grids, which employ advanced monitoring and control technologies, have emerged as a promising solution to these challenges. In this study, we analyze the impact of renewable energy integration on grid stability and investigate the effectiveness of various smart grid technologies in enhancing the stability and reliability of the power grid. Our findings indicate that smart grids can significantly improve the stability of the grid and ensure the reliable integration of renewable energy sources.
